Faith Development is an important part of daily instruction at Luther Memorial.
All students receive daily religious instruction in accordance with the doctrine and beliefs of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. Additionally, a Christian worldview is incorporated into all subject areas.
Religious instruction for the first semester is an overview of the Old Testament stories and promises. The second semester focuses on the life of Jesus and the work of His followers.
All students work to memorize one Bible verse each week. These “Learn by Hearts” allow our students to take God’s Word with them wherever they go.
Our faculty seeks to set an example of faith and character as role models for our students.
