Field Trips

Field trips, to places like the Cleveland Museum of Art, get our students out of the classroom and expose them to something outside of their everyday lives. It’s a joy to see how they respond.

We believe that the classroom of life is far bigger than the walls of our buildings.

That is why we strive to get our students out into the world to stretch their worldview and connect the classroom with real-life and authentic experience. We are fortunate to live in a region rich with world-class cultural attractions and natural resources.

In recent years, our students have enjoyed overnight camping trips to Hiram House in Chagrin Falls, where they tested their nerves on the rock climbing wall and high ropes courses. Classes have also ventured to Lake FarmPark, Severance Hall, the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, the Cleveland Museum of Art and Cleveland Natural History Museum, as well as to the local Metro parks for teambuilding fun.
